Les Ciciora
Les Ciciora will serve as the Director of Operations for the Sharon Ethanol, LLC. Mr. Ciciora has extensive background in R&D, process engineering, project management and plant management. Mr. Ciciora has 25+ years experience in the biotechnology area related to enzyme, ethanol and other fermentation products. He was Plant Manager of Enzyme Bio-Systems Ltd. in Beloit, WI and recently the Director of Project Engineering and Facilities Maintenance at Martek Biosciences Corporation in Winchester, KY. Mr. Ciciora has demonstrated success in P&L management, strategic planning and business development, and he has overseen major construction and expansion projects and will be the lead on all construction and engineering for Global Renewable LLC. Mr. Ciciora has a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a Masters of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.
Jeffery Knight served as Governor Thompson’s representative to the United States thirty-eight State Governors' Ethanol Coalition and led the effort to create the six nation International Ethanol Alliance. Mr. Knight worked with General Motors to bring the first flexible fuel E-85 vehicle to the world market, and he additionally hosted over 13 international conferences and seminars on ethanol in seven nations.

Nick Frohboese
W.E. (Nick) Frohboese, acting as senior advisor to Global Renewable, will be active in the planning, construction, training and start-up phases of the Sharon, WI project. Mr. Frohboese has extensive experience in building and operating ethanol facilities and is currently a Project Manager for GHL Industries, LLC. Formerly he was President of Milwaukee Solvents, Inc., where he was in charge of the design, construction and operation of an ethanol plant in Minnesota.
